All shapes, sizes and health conditions inside and out.Always have had a deep passion for helping others, I am never fully happy unless I am helping someone. I figured out that I wanted to work in nutrition because no matter what I was doing for a job or where I was at in life, that has always been the one consistent in my life that has kept me going. Always helping someone with diets, health conditions, healthy eating, shopping, meal plans and also just helping out a friend or family member. All my life my health inside and out has been up and down constantly fluctuating. Never did I understand how much it all was connected, and I would love to opportunity to help and teach you.The world is a better place when we are helping each other grow inside and out. Facts about food

It has been proven eating complex carbohydrates can raise the amount of serotonin in the brain, which has a calming effect. Samples of complex carbohydrates: Whole grain breads, Whole grain cereals, oatmeal, quinoa. Stay away from simple carbohydrates.

 

Tumeric and ginger both have antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties to help with anxiety.

 

Skipping meals can result in drops in your blood sugar which can cause you to feel jittery which makes your body feel stressed and make your underlying anxiety problems worse.
